“Don’t use the body to get into the pose, use the pose to get into the body”. – Paul Grilley
Expand & balance your practice to expand & balance your life.
Learn to practice purposeful, meditative yin yoga classes that
foster relaxation, rest and well-being.
A one-day YIN Yoga Training where you will learn the practice of Evoke YIN Yoga with confidence and ease.
Yoga is not a one style fits all practice.
It has depth and variety to address the many needs of students. We believe that as yogis we have a responsibility to explore both the fast and slow, the stress and the rest, the yang and the yin.
The world is running on hyperdrive and people are busier than ever. People often seek out yoga as a form of both exercise and self-care, yet many yoga styles focus on the muscle-based yang practice.
If we are to discover true harmony, we must bring some Yin to our life. The Evoke YIN I Training will give you what you need to stretch yourself as a student of yoga. It will give you new awarenesses, skills and tools to offer yourself a more meditative, restorative practice to create your overall yoga practice as integrated, whole and complete.
In YIN FOUNDATIONS you will
Learn what Yin Yoga is, why it is important, how it works and the whole-body benefits.

“I walked away from this training with a new curiosity and enthusiasm for the practice of Yin.
The organized hand-out offered a clear overview of the Evoke Yin Practice. I was able to get my mind around the 'big picture' of the practice rather than overwhelming me with the vastness of the practice. This training drew me in, prepared me to teach and left me wanting more.”
— Andrea
