Many yoga teachers never got a structured, intuitive way to develop their classes and voice. You may have learned a lot about yoga, but did not get to a chance to play with and elevate your teaching so it aligned with your purpose and authentic expression as a teacher. The Evoke YIN II Training will give you what you need to create and deliver Yin classes that lead your students into intentional meditative experiences.

 In YIN ELEVATED Teaching Basics you will:

  • Review the purpose of Yin and the functional approach to practicing and teaching Yin.

  • Practice a 90 minute Yin class so you can experience it in your body.

  • Learn to lead an exceptional 60-90 minute Yin class.

  • Learn and apply an easy, effective, and adaptable framework you can use to structure and teach all your classes.

  • Learn the power and pleasure of your own voice.

  • Practice teach and receive feedback that informs your future teaching.

This training is for the Yoga teacher who:

  • Is enrolled in or has completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training and wants to learn to teach a basic, beautiful Yin Yoga.

  • Wants a simple structure to help them create an organic, adaptable class plan before teaching

  • Wants to educate their students about Yin yoga and its benefits for their lives.

  • Wants to explore their voice and expression as a teacher.

  • Wants to create and successfully lead their own unique Yin class.
